Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy covers the processing of personal information on the VPNDisc marketing website and user panel. It explains what this service collects, why it is used, and how users can request access to or deletion of their data. Information handled by third-party websites accessed through international routes is governed by their respective policies.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNDisc uses the username to identify the account and the password to verify credentials. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in your username. Providing an email address is not a condition of account creation. Any email address or other information users voluntarily submit in a support ticket is used only to handle that request.

This service retains plan selections, order numbers, payment status, transaction references, and refund records to provide subscriptions, reconcile payments, and resolve disputes. Account traffic usage is used for plan metering and does not constitute a list of websites visited. Support ticket content is used for troubleshooting and service communication. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling

VPNDisc does not record which websites users access through this service, retain browsing history, request content, or DNS query history, or use such information for account profiling or advertising.

This service does not persistently retain connection logs that could reconstruct an individual's access activity, including records linking source and destination addresses with connection times. Temporary session state needed to operate a connection is used only to forward traffic and maintain the active connection. It is released when the session ends and is not kept as a connection history. Account metering, order records, and website access analytics serve different purposes and should not be understood to mean that no data is processed.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Access Analytics

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Login credentials identify an authorized session. After using a shared device, please log out and clear this site's stored data as needed. Clearing storage may reset your login status and preferences, but does not automatically delete your server-side account.

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, device and browser types, and how buttons and navigation are used, so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are not used to record browsing activity over international routes. Passwords, subscription credentials, and sensitive payment information should not be included in analytics events. Users can restrict cookies and storage in their browser; some panel features may be affected.

Third-Party Payments and Disclosure

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. VPNDisc receives the transaction identifier, amount, and status needed to verify an order. This service does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets. Data handled by third parties is subject to their own policies, and records on public transaction networks are not controlled by this site's deletion actions.

VPNDisc does not sell personal information. Necessary information is shared with relevant processors only when needed to deliver the service, handle a user request, or meet applicable legal obligations. For legally required disclosures, the basis of the request is reviewed and the scope of information provided is limited.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while account services are provided. Order and refund records are retained as needed to fulfill obligations, reconcile payments, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and access analytics are retained only as long as needed for their stated purposes, then deleted or de-identified. They are not kept indefinitely for unrelated purposes.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information. Account ownership may need to be verified before a request is handled. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscriptions, and access to past orders. If some information must be retained because of an outstanding matter or legal obligation, the reason will be explained and its use restricted. Residual data in backups is cleared through the normal overwrite cycle.

Policy Updates and Requests

When this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page and the month at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes or the scope of personal information will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as required. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through a panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for rules governing use of the service.
