ACCOUNT / Get started

Create an account and save your sign-in details

Select “Start Free” below to open the user panel, then follow the prompts to set a username and password. VPNDisc does not require an email address; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Before submitting, choose a username you can remember and a unique password. Consider saving it in a password manager rather than relying only on temporary browser autofill.

When you're done, confirm that the account overview opens. If the form is still on screen, read the nearby instructions and check whether the username is available and both password entries match. Make any corrections as prompted. Don't submit repeatedly just because the page hasn't redirected, and avoid creating multiple accounts, which can split your payments and subscriptions between them.

Use the same account to view orders, get your subscription, and submit support tickets. To use another device, sign in to your existing account; you don't need a separate account for each device. If you've left the panel, select “Log in” on the right side of the site navigation to return. Once your sign-in details are saved, continue to plan selection.

PLAN / Plans and orders

Choose a plan and confirm payment

Open the Plans section of the user panel and consider how you'll use the service. If you regularly use AI tools, browse international websites, or stream video, compare the monthly plans by data allowance. If your usage varies, consider a data package that remains valid until used and never expires. Choose based on your data needs, not your device count: the service supports unlimited devices connected at the same time.

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. See the Plans page for a detailed comparison, then return to the panel to choose a plan.

After choosing a plan, check the plan name, price, and billing method on the order, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as prompted. Once the payment page shows the result, return to the user panel to check the order status and confirm your plan in the account overview. If payment is complete but the status hasn't changed, refresh the order record before doing anything else—don't pay again. If you need help, keep your order details and describe the issue in a panel support ticket.

VPNDisc offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for details. Once your plan is active, get your subscription; this helps distinguish an account setup issue from a client problem. If you already have an active plan, continue to the next step.

SUBSCRIPTION / Subscription setup

Get your subscription link from the panel

Open the account overview and make sure you're signed in to the same account used for payment. Check your plan status and remaining data. Find the subscription options and follow the instructions shown in the panel. If there's an import option for your client, use it after installing the client. Otherwise, copy the subscription link and paste it into the client's remote subscription or configuration URL field.

The subscription link lets your client retrieve route configuration. It is not a regular website URL or a software download link. Use the panel's copy function and make sure you copy the entire link. There's no need to keep opening it in a browser, and never enter your username or password in the subscription URL field.

This link is tied to your account access, so protect it like your sign-in credentials. Don't post it in public chats, forums, or shared documents. If you send a screenshot to support, hide the full subscription URL and any credentials it contains. If you think someone else may have obtained the link, check the panel for a subscription reset option or ask support through a ticket what to do.

Keep the user panel open in your current browser tab while you install the client for your platform using the instructions below. After installation, return to the overview to import your subscription or copy the link again. This helps avoid losing copied text when switching between apps or taking too long to paste it.

CLIENT / Import by platform

Import the client for your device

The client reads your subscription configuration and establishes the connection. Get the VPNDisc client and instructions for your platform from the Downloads section of the user panel; avoid downloading installers from unfamiliar sources. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after you sign in. Your account must have an active plan to get a subscription. For iOS, follow the instructions in the panel; an active, unexpired plan is required.

The steps below use network proxy clients that support remote subscriptions on each platform. The key is to distinguish between adding a configuration and enabling the connection: import the subscription, update the route list, and then select a route to connect. If the route list hasn't appeared yet, don't keep toggling the connection on and off.

Windows: Add a subscription in configuration management

Get the Windows desktop client from the panel, install it as prompted, and open it. Find “Subscriptions,” “Configuration,” or “Configuration Management,” then choose the option to add a remote configuration or import from a link. Paste the subscription link copied from the account overview into the URL field. If there's a separate name field, enter a label that's easy to recognize, then save and update.

After the update, the new item should appear in the configuration list, and available regions should appear on the routes page. Select that configuration to make it active, then choose an exit route on the routes page. Some desktop clients also require you to enable the system proxy in settings or turn on the relevant network mode as described in the panel. Simply opening the client doesn't mean your system traffic is using it.

macOS: Import a configuration and review network permissions

Choose the macOS client in the panel's Downloads section and install it as instructed. When you open it for the first time, approve permissions as prompted by macOS. In the client, open the subscriptions or configurations list, add a remote subscription, paste the complete link copied from the panel, and save it. If the panel offers an option to open the client for import, you can use it after installing the client; check that the correct app opens.

After importing, update the configuration and confirm that the route list has loaded. Then select the active configuration and a route. If macOS asks to allow a network configuration when you connect, verify which app is making the request before approving it. Don't disable system security settings just to complete installation. If the app won't open or a permission prompt is unclear, check the panel instructions or help center first.

Android: Add a remote subscription and connect

Sign in to the panel to get the Android client, then install and open it as prompted by your device. In the app's subscription manager or configuration page, choose the option to add a link, paste the complete subscription URL, and save it. Then update the configuration. If the app supports importing from the panel, return to your browser and select the relevant option. Confirm that it opens the client you just installed, not another app on your device.

Once the routes have loaded, select a configuration and exit region, then connect. The first connection usually triggers a system prompt to authorize the network connection; check the app name before confirming. If the connection drops when you switch to another app, check whether your system restricts the client from running in the background. Settings vary by device; you don't need to change unrelated battery or network options when getting started.

iOS: Get and import the client as directed in the panel

Start by checking the iOS client instructions in the Downloads section of the user panel. If you have an active, unexpired plan, use the option provided in the panel to get the client. If the page says you need to prepare a plan first, check its status in the account overview. Don't use an installer for another platform or treat the subscription link as an app download URL.

Once the client is installed, return to the panel and use the relevant import option, allowing your browser to open the client. If you need to add it manually, paste the subscription link into the app's subscription or configuration manager and update it. Then select a route, switch on the connection, and allow the VPN configuration when prompted by iOS. After authorization, check the connection status in the client before testing access below.

CHECK / Verify the connection

Connect to a route and check that it works

Return to the client's routes page, choose an exit region suited to the service you want to access, and connect. When getting started, keep the client's default configuration and avoid changing proxy mode, DNS, or other advanced settings at the same time. If you have other network tools of the same kind on your device, disconnect them first to avoid multiple tools managing system traffic and making it hard to tell which configuration is in use.

Once the client shows that you're connected, open a browser. First check that everyday websites still load, then try the international website or AI tool you want to use. Loading the actual page is a better check than the color of a switch. If the browser works but a particular app doesn't, check whether that app follows the system proxy and whether the client's current mode covers its network requests.

When using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, distinguish network connectivity from platform account restrictions. A site loading doesn't guarantee that the platform allows your account or exit region to use every feature. If you see a region, sign-in, or account notice, read the platform's original guidance rather than assuming every message means the route has disconnected. See AI tool access guide for tips on choosing a route.

If a page still won't load after connecting, disconnect first and confirm that your regular internet connection works. Then reopen the client and check the selected configuration, subscription update, and route. If the configuration has loaded but access is unstable, try another route for a suitable region and check again. Change one setting at a time and note what you changed so you can identify what affected the result.

Once you've confirmed the connection works, keep the current configuration and connect or update your subscription as needed. Your plan status and data allowance are shown in the user panel; an old route list saved in the client is not a substitute for checking your account. If you've used all your data or your plan status has changed, resolve that in the overview before troubleshooting the client.

Still having trouble? Keep a record of what you tried

Note your device platform, client name, the action that caused the problem, and any error message. Also mention whether regular websites load, whether you've updated the subscription, and what happened after switching routes. Hide your password and subscription URL before sharing screenshots. These details help pinpoint the issue instead of simply reporting that you can't connect.
